Your business won't have a problem locating development-ready sites in Snowflake. Ranging from one acre on up, the prices for already zoned industrial property start at only $1,000 per acre, (dependent upon location and in-place infrastructure.)

Industrial buildings are available for immediate occupancy, and range in size.

With the availability of large quantities of quality underground water, and local utilities providing sewer, gas, and electricity, the Town of Snowflake offers an excellent opportunity for your business venture.

The Town's industrial park, located on the northwestern edge of the Town's limits, offers plentiful space for development, easy access through state Routes 277 and 77 to Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Show Low, and limited, light rail service. The master planned industrial park is adjacent to Route 277, and locations sized to suit the industry are available. Utilities, communications, and local roads into the park are in place.

Business Incentive Programs

A variety of business incentives and assistance programs are available to new and expanding businesses. As a state-designated Enterprise Zone, qualified businesses can receive state tax credits for newly created employment opportunities. The Arizona Work Force and Job Training Program can provide monetary assistance through reimbursement for employee training programs, and the Town works closely with the Small Business Development Center of the local community college, Northland Pioneer College, to tailor low or no-cost training programs for workforce development.
