Minor Land Division - Lot Splits/Combine
The Snowflake Planning and Zoning
Department is responsible to ensure that all land divisions of
three (3) or fewer lots, parcels or fractional interests, 36
acres or smaller in size within the incorporated area of the
Town of Snowflake, are properly processed.
In addition, any lot or parcel of land
that is to be joined or combined with another lot or parcel of
land, must be processed and receive prior approval through the
Planning and Zoning Department.
