Planning
and Building
The Town of Snowflake Planning and Building Department is
responsible for the the planning and zoning, including subdivisions,
permits, inspections, of new construction projects within
the Town limits. To ensure quality growth through adherence
to the Town's Master Plan, the Department oversees projects
through from concept through construction.
Currently, two major subdivisions (each over 200 lots)
are being planned and built within the Town.
