possible approval of Council Meeting minutes dated

possible approval of Council Retreat minutes dated
02/10/07.*
A motion was
made by Dean Porter and 2nd by Lavell Gardner to
approve the consent agenda. Motion passed; unanimous
#2 Discussion & possible
consideration of action regarding a floodplain violation,
pursuant to Town Code Section 13-4-9, entitled “Abatement of
Violations.”* (Dr. Isom)
A motion was
made by Dean Porter and 2nd by Lynn Johnson to
recognize that the floodplain violation was abated and that
Council appreciated what they have done and consider the matter
closed. Motion passed; unanimous
#3 Consideration & possible
approval of award of bid for backhoe.* (Gary Fenstermaker)
A motion was
made by Lynn Johnson and 2nd by Sharon Tate to award
the backhoe bid to Falcon Power for a new 2007 Case 580 Super L
backhoe for the amount of $50,849.16 with the trade-in of our
old 580 Case.
Motion passed; unanimous
A motion was
made by Dean Porter and 2nd by Charlie Hendrickson to
move to Executive Session. Motion passed; unanimous
EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was
made by Sharon Tate and 2nd by Dean Porter to return
to regular session. Motion passed; unanimous
REGULAR SESSION

approval of minutes of Executive Session held on 01/23/07 and
02/13/07.*
A motion was
made by Chris Brimhall and 2nd by Lavell Gardner to
approve minutes of Executive Session held on 01/23/07 and
02/13/07. Motion passed; unanimous
