A motion was made by Hendrickson and 2nd by Porter to not
appoint Interim Town Manager and continue with Dr. Jack Smith as
Assistant Town Manager and expeditiously appoint a Town Manager and
direct Mayor to negotiate an equitable compensation for Assistant
Town Manager.
