Charlie Hendrickson approving 2nd reading of Ord
#07-289 by title only. Motion passed; unanimous

Tate to approve award of bid for fencing at new Little League
Field to Pioneer Fence. Motion passed; unanimous

of 1st reading of Ord #07-291 to rezone property from
AG to R-1A. Owner of the property is Scot Meisel. The property
is located at 1000 North Cherry Blossom Lane in Snowflake,

R-1A to R-45 with a PAD overlay. Owner of the property is Mitch
Laird. The property is located on the West side of Centennial
