approval of directing staff to work with Rodeo Committee and
the Town of Taylor for holding the 2007 Rodeo at the Taylor
Arena.* (Charlie Hendrickson)

equal to what is given to other entities. Motion passed;

apartment for an immediate family member, never to be
rented, applying to future owners of the property. Motion

Trudy Bryant and Dondy Brinkerhoff. The property is located
at 210 East 15th South in Snowflake, Arizona.*

Preschool on the property located at 210 East 15th

Consideration & possible
approval of reestablishing the Municipal Property
Corporation for the purpose of conveying approximately 105
acres of land from the Corporation to Langley Temple Hill
Estates, LLC.* (Dr. Isom)
A motion was made by Dean Porter and 2nd by Chris
Brimhall to reappoint as stated and written the MPC for the
sole purpose of conveying approximately 105 acres of land
from the Corporation to Langley Temple Hill Estates, LLC.
Director/officer appointments are as follows:
Charlie Hendrickson to a three-year term and
Secretary-Treasurer
John Taylor to a two-year term and President
Gordon Farr, Jr. to a one-year term and Vice
President
It is hereby further moved that upon conveyance the MPC
Board Members be then removed. Motion passed; unanimous
