from Town Council meeting and convene as the Floodplain Board.

order additional information from the property owners for
structures located at 290 and 322 East Snowflake Blvd. and order
the property owner for the structure located at 504 East Webb
Lane to abate the deficiency by ensuring the elevation
certificate is modified by the Floodplain Administrator. Motion
passed; unanimous
A motion made by Brimhall and 2nd to adjourn the
Floodplain Board and reconvene the Town Council meeting
A motion made by Whiting and 2nd by Ballard to
approve the 1st reading of Ordinance #10-325 by title
only, changing the zoning from AG to LI and RT with the
suggested conditions:
1. Mr. Bingham is to provide the Planning Department an
electronic copy, (PDF or CAD) of the recorded survey.
2. Provide affirmation from Navajo County showing the property
split has been recorded as described.
3. Provide affirmation from Navajo County showing parcel numbers
for each property.
4. The listed conditions must be completed within 1 year of
council approval or property reverts back to original
agricultural zoning.
