Vice Mayor Kerry Ballard

Mayor Kerry Ballard has been a council member for the past
8 years, and was the previous Mayor from 1998-2003. Vice Mayor
Ballard, his children, and grandchildren represent 6
generations of the original pioneer families that settled in
Snowflake in the 1870's.
A former Special Education teacher in the local grade school,
Vice Mayor Ballard retired after 26 years, and began his career
helping the community through the Town Council.
"I see my charge today as working to continue to make
Snowflake a progressive town for the generations to come. I'm
excited to be on a council that enthusiastically supports
continued growth, beautification, and heritage preservation,
while always being open to new ideas."
Residents are encouraged to share their
viewpoints regarding policy matters with members of the
Council, who can be contacted through Town Hall.
