Arizona's White Mountains
Snowflake
is the northernmost community in the region known as
Arizona's White Mountains. With a trading area of
approximately 30,000 residents, the area is known
principally for its tourism and natural resources
industries. The geographic and cultural diversity of the
region provides visitors with a wealth of opportunities
during their stay to the region. The region is known for
it's outstanding fishing, camping, hiking, and hunting,
while in the winter months cross-country and downhill
skiing in Arizona's premier ski area, Sunrise, are
popular destinations. Golf, shopping, world-class
culinary experiences, and even gaming at the Hon-Dah
Casino round out the diversity of the attractions.

| The White
Mountain Regional Development Corporation provides
assistance to businesses wishing to expand or relocate
into the region. The non-profit organization provides
businesses with information and site tours of the
communities in the White Mountains.

| The White Mountain Partnership consists
of member communities and the White Mountain Apache
Tribe in a concerted effort to promote tourism and
visitors to the area. The Partnership is the centralized
information point for tourist-related activities, and
provides visitors, travel industry professionals, and
tour operators with comprehensive information regarding
transportation, lodging, dining, attractions, and
